時間：19:00 - 23:00
地點：稍後宣佈
費用：會員 免費（$20按金） 非會員 $40（$40會員費和$20按金）
*按金將於出席當日退還
活動內容：觀星、集體遊戲、聚餐
名額：80人
截止報名日期：9月4日（星期三）
*活動主要以廣東話進行

日期：9月21日至9月22日（星期六至日）
時間：11:00（六） - 13:00（日）
地點：香港大學嘉道理中心（石崗）
費用：會員 $220 非會員 $260（已包括$40會員費）
活動內容：天文定向遊戲、天文講座、觀星、密室逃脫、水戰
名額：80人
截止報名日期：9月18日（星期三）
*活動主要以廣東話進行

報名方法：
1. 開學後親臨本會攤位填寫報名表格及繳交費用，歡迎即場報名成為會員。
2. 網上報名：
填妥以下報名表格，然後於表格遞交後三天內親臨本會攤位或聯絡本會幹事繳交費用。

【Tea Gathering - Gathering of Stars】
【Orientation Camp – Handscroll of a Starry Night】

Yearn to enrich your university life? Wish to develop a new interest? Want to appreciate the starry night in the campus? Desire to make friends with someone who also love astronomy? Hope to have a break in this restless world? Join us immediately if you have these desires. No matter which faculty are you in, whether you are a beginner or an expert in astronomy, all are welcome to join!

(Tea Gathering) Function details:
Date: 6th September 2019 (Fri)
Time: 19:00 - 23:00
Venue: To be announced
Fee: Free for members ($20 deposit)
$40 for non-members ($40 membership fee and $20 deposit are required)
*$20 deposit will be refunded in the tea gathering.
Activities: Stargazing, games, communal meal
Quota: 80 people
Deadline of application: 4th September 2019 (Wed)
*The activity will be mainly conducted in Cantonese.

(Orientation Camp) Function details:
Date: 21st - 22nd September 2019 (Sat - Sun)
Time: 11:00 (Sat) - 13:00 (Sun)
Venue: The University of Hong Kong - Kadoorie Centre (Shek Kong)
Fee: $220 for members
$260 for non-members ($40 membership fee are required)
Activities: Astronomy orienteering, lectures, stargazing, room escape, water fight
Quota: 80 people
Deadline of application: 18th September 2019 (Wed)
*The activity will be mainly conducted in Cantonese.

Method 1: Register and pay the fee at our counter. Welcome to register as our member at the counter.
Method 2: Fill in the online application form below and come to our counter or contact the executive committee to pay the fee within 3 days.

If the number of applicants exceeds the quota, the list of participants will be decided by drawing lots and the deposit will be refunded.
